植物Qa-SNARE蛋白研究进展

摘 要:

高等植物细胞通过其特有的内膜系统和膜泡运输机制完成细胞内外的物质与信息交流。SNARE是膜泡运输过程中运输囊泡与靶膜之间融合的重要调节因子。根据氨基酸序列特性, SNARE分为Q-SNARE和R-SNARE两类。Q-SNARE又分为Qa-、Qb-和Qc-SNARE三类。其中, Qa-SNARE在SNARE复合体形成乃至整个膜融合过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文对Qa-SNARE在植物生长发育和响应环境变化的最新研究进展进行概述。

Abstract:

The communication in higher plant cells and that between cells and environment is carried out through endomembrane system and vesicle transport. SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptors) is an important regulator in the fusion between transport vesicles and target membrane. According to the occurrence of invariant amino acid residues in the center of SNARE motif, SNAREs can be grouped as Q- and R-SNAREs. Q-SNAREs can be further subdivided into Qa-, Qb-, and Qc-SNAREs. Qa-SNAREs play important roles in the formation of SNARE complex, and even in the fusion. In the present paper, we reviewed the latest progress on higher plants Qa-SNARE function in development and that in response to environmental factors.
